Welcome To Dogs On Deployment
Military members nation-wide confront a multitude of problems during their careers, the last thing they need to worry about is their pet's care during their service commitments. Dogs On Deployment is a 501(c)(3) national non-profit, which provides an online network for service members to search for volunteers who are willing to board their pets during their owner's service commitments. Dogs on Deployment promotes responsible, life-long pet ownership by military pet owners by advocating for military pet owner rights, providing educational resources and granting financial assistance for military pet owners during times of emergency. Join Dogs on Deployment's mission in changing the lives of our military members and their pets."

K9 Guardians Is A 501c3 Nonprofit Tax Exempt Organization, Whose Mission Is To Raise And Train German Shepherds As Service Dogs For The Purpose Of Providing Them To Veterans Of Foreign Or Domestic Wars That Suffer From Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) And Other Service Related Disabilities
Providing Service Dogs for Active Military, Veterans, and First Responders with PTSD
OUR MISSION
To renew the life of veterans and first responders through service dog placement, training, and education by mobilizing public and private resources.
OUR VISION
Next Step Service Dogs (NSSD) supports courageous veterans, active military personnel, and first responders with PTSD, TBI and/or mobility limitations by giving them the tools to take the next steps forward in their lives by assisting in the training of amazing service dogs.
NSSD is reducing the surging demand for well-trained and effective service dogs by supporting clients in training their own dogs for service, or by pairing them with suitable donated dogs to train. Additionally, Next Step provides paying jobs and career opportunities to unemployed, or underemployed, veterans; teaching them to train service dogs for other veterans with invisible disabilities.
NSSD does not charge for service dogs or their training, and supports each service dog throughout its life.
All Canine Companions dogs and services are provided free of charge. Canine Companions for Independence is funded by private contributions. Contact us for more information. Providing Assistance Dogs for People with Disabilities www.cci.org
