Animals adopted by Chula Vista residents will receive a FREE one-year license. Please come to the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility to select from many wonderful animals awaiting new homes
Adoption Fee
Dogs:
$85 for dogs 1 year – 7 years old (except LTRC)
$95 for puppies, younger than 1 year
$25 adoption fee for LTRC (long term residents: those that have been available for adoption for more than 60 days)
Senior adoption fee $35 (Dogs over 7 years of age)
Fee Includes:
Initial intake vaccines
Microchip
One-year license (CV residents only)
Spay/Neuter surgery (required by law)
Cats:
$65 for cats (except LTRC)
$25 adoption fee for LTRC (long term residents)
