Guide Dogs of America (13445 Glenoaks Blvd. Sylmar, CA 91342) strives to improve the areas of training, placement, care, and respect for guide dogs. These exceptional animals are called upon to safely guide visually impaired individuals through the complexities of pedestrian travel while also providing independence and freedom. As a registered 501 (c)(3) that receives no federal, state, or local government funding, we rely on the generosity of our donors to continue helping us provide professionally trained guide dogs free of charge
